My arm slot has dropped and my velocity is WAY down!

Might try some plyometrics or any training program with the word "core" in it.

I haven't really done much writing, either. Unfortunately, and I'm sure my readers have noticed this, I've done more plugging than creative writing. It's my own fault for the direction I've decided to take my blog, I suppose.

I know! And "W" is juat a "double U". How redundant! The Chinese don't even deal with "W" in their language!
