What is with the White Sox and these REALLY skinny guys?

Good thing Sale doesn't get to bat.

Could a "hit by pitch" be fatal here?

Is there a signed "parental release" on file?

    They put the really skinny guys up to the plate so they won't get hit. Smaller target and all that.
