Randy Booth at sbnation.com reports that 27 year old, Daniel Nava in the Red Sox system currently playing at AAA Pawtucket has been leaving a ticket in the pass list for ESPN reporter, Erin Andrews every game for the last three years. Unfortunately for him, she has yet to take him up on this offer.
First, Daniel might want to be a little careful here because Andrews has already put one stalker in jail recently. That said, this doesn't sound like stalking at all to me. That or an extremely passive version of it.
The guy knows what he wants. You gotta give him credit for that. It is also probably only moderately unhealthy.
That said, he definitely should not put all his eggs in one basket here. I mean if a cute lady from Pawtucket happened to take an interest in Daniel, he should not turn his nose up at her in anticipation of his future with Erin Andrews.
Remember that scene in "It's a Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown" where Linus skips trick or treating and all that candy to wait all night in a pumpkin patch for the Great Pumpkin who never showed up and the only visitor Linus had was a beagle?
You don't want that.
