The Indians wore those all red uniforms only on the road in 1977, and they also had a "less loud" road version with a red jersey and white pants.
It was during the era of multiple jersey combinations, so they had a couple non-red ones for at home.
No doubt but I can see how wearing those things even once could leave a horrible scar.
