Don't you think they could have come up with a better name? Paws?
Well the Tigers have always been a pretty conservative organization and only recently even got a mascot so "Hellraiser" or even "Crazy Cat" were probably out as names.
That said, from what I have seen, Paws has been much more lively at the park this year. We are in Section 126 which is a frequent hangout of his. Rather than just walking around hoping for the game to end like he used to, he has been sitting in people seats when they get up to go the bathroom, sneaking up from behind and taking people hats off their head (took mine) and is generally much more alive than in past years.
Obviously he is light years behind the Philly Fanatic and the San Diego Chicken but he is coming along. I will give him that.
I saw the Tigers in Cleveland last year and as a matter of fact will see them there this Sunday. "Slider" over there parties like a wild man (thing).
