I think they are imposters as they appear to be sun-drenched North Americans.
Americans really should pay more attention to the Japanese fashion symbols that they wear. I might be misinterpreting but my Rosetta Stone translator says that their headbands say "Avenge (red dot) Hiroshima" in Japanese. And they wonder why Japanese people look at them funny when they wear those.
