I know It's a tough division but .350 I suppose they'll start looking for the draft picks & who knows maybe in 5 years, they'll be as good as the Rays.
I know it looks horrible but if they get all the front office sorted out now and have 5 & 10 year goals with the draft picks, They'll start challenging.
