Sadly, the "Dice Show" seems to be outdrawing the "Card Show"
I am really not up on trends and all that.*
Is there a lot of money in dice?
Is this guy rolling in the dough?
*I do however live a few miles from one of the largest convention centers in Michigan. Here are some "man-on-the-street" observations regarding attendance at shows:
Baseball Card Show: Parking lot about 20% full.
Bride(zilla) Show: Parking Lot about 30% full.
Gun Show: Parking lot about 60% full.
Motorcycle Show: Parking Lot about 80% full.
Comic Show: Parking Lot about 110% full. Cars (seriously) backed up a half-mile on Grand River Avenue waiting to get in. Police monitoring situation.
Dice Show: Never seen one.

Holy semolians. Twenty percent! Sheesh.
Around these parts the comic and card shows are combined and the turn out is always really good.
Comic and card show combined is a good idea. I do not collect comic, but it just makes sense.
I didn't know there even were "dice shows". Then again, the dice collectors are prolly saying, "I didn't know there were sports card shows".
How bizarre. I guess it's a neat concept, except every game I have that requires dice already comes with them.
Take a visit over to gamestation.net (the world's largest dice store on the web).
The dice photo looks like it came from GenCon or some other geeky place, like my mom's basement some 30 years ago.
I guess they like math.
Very funny Mr. Math Whiz.
I bet we lose more dice than any American family.
I went to a Dice show once when I lived in Vegas but I could only take so many "naughty nursery rhymes" before it got old.
I HAD a friend years ago that worshipped him and knew his routine by heart. He recited the stuff quite often. We had to tell him it was really only funny the first time.
I HAD a friend.
That's almost like a haiku.
I had a friend once,
He worshipped the Dice Man's act,
I HAD a friend once.
