Funny you should mention that. I was watching MLB Network the other evening and they demonstrated using the "L net" (the netting that batting practice pitchers toss from) as an aid to keeping the batter from extending his swing too far.
Okay, that was a run-on sentence, but you know what I mean. I hope.
