I see Gary as a prime candidate to "unretire" in three or fours years and show up for a team in spring training and then get cut; blaming the entire organization on his way out.
Then again, maybe he will find peace and sing a gospel choir somewhere.

Yet another player I collect retires. I wish 'em well in retirement.
Ironically though he has a difficult personality and he is easy to poke fun at, I collect Sheffield as well.
