I don't even understand what is happening in that picture. It is so weird.

The kid's face to the left is what really makes the picture. I remember getting hit by a foul ball at a Cubs game when I was 6, and although not as large as this woman, had the Jesus arms, too. Something about being hit by a flying object makes you react in a ridiculous state of shock.
