Ralph Hodgin: 1915 - 2011
"Jones wasn't calling too good and they got to hollerin at him. He didn't learn who was hollerin at him. I was at the end of the bench, and he saw me open my mouth, so he threw me out. I just went in the clubhouse and sat down and here come the rest of them."
On the 1946 game where umpire Red Jones threw out 14 players from the White Sox after he could not determine who exactly was yelling at him from the bench.
