At the moment (and probably into the foreseeable future) I do not have the time nor probably the expertise to figure out the problem.
Well, anyway I am not consciously ignoring any comments by "not responding".

I think it's only affecting some blogs. The help section said it depends on how the comments are set up by the blogger.
