When I was a kid, pitching in little league, my coach told me to always throw inside on the first pitch. I soon discovered that if you hit a couple guys, the rest of them would back way off the plate. Then you could get those down and away strikes. Greatest trick ever!

But I wasn't crazy. No sir.

...then there's some hitters (cough, robin ventura, cough) that learn the hard way.

Actually, Robin Ventura had a pretty decent career but nobody remembers his "career", just one thing.
