I like that RF for the Pirates.... whatever his name is. Rookie of the Month for July, 10 homers.
I can't wait to see who he is traded to.
When McCutchen hit those three home runs the other night, I bet the Pirates brass became very alarmed thinking about how this would affect his salary demands in 4 or 5 years when he is a free agent. I bet they thought about proactively trading him then but that darn trade deadline came and went.
The player they will trade McCutchen for hasn't been born yet. They fully intend on making him suffer alone in Pittsburgh for a few more years...
