Taken verbatim from the (Twin Cities) Pioneer Press:
"The past five days at the Metrodome, including Tuesday's Twins-Tigers game, the Vikings-Packers game and three Twins-Royals games, attracted nearly 260,000 spectators. Not a record, though, that belongs to the Billy Graham Crusade that attracted 349,000 spectators over five days in 1995.
However, the past five days did better in beer sales."
Classic!
The sports fans always win in a rout.
Have they ever lost?
