According to the Seattle Times, every one of Ichiro Suzuki's 2030 major league hits were broadcast in his native country, Japan, from midnight to 6 a.m. on New Years Day and the show was declared a ratings success.
No comment from this side of the globe other than I have no reason to believe that this report is not factual.
Well, hold on. I guess I do have a comment.
To American television executives; there is a whole market over there waiting to be discovered/exploited. They seem just a little bored and "ripe for the picking" if you know what I mean.
