I know Molina unepectedly had a good year at the plate last year and is good with the pitchers. I also think (and I could be wrong as I do not follow the Giants daily) that they had him batting fourth and I would want more out of that spot.
In short, I don't know why you can't get Posey in the lineup 3-4 times a week at catcher and first base. I think you make room for a hitter like him.
This has a "let's not start the arbitration clock" so soon with Posey kind of feel.

Molina hit .265, 20HR and 80 RsBI last year. He's not exactly a defensive dud behind the plate.
