I was watching the game and rushed to the other room to ask Angie to flip over to ESPN2 when Steven Tyler sang. Then again when Neil Diamond came on.
I almost feel sorry for what was once good.
Almost.
On a serious note, I cannot decide if Diamond basically did a "camp-like" version of that song or if he just put no effort into it. Maybe a little of both. Alex looked at me in disgust and asked what I thought.
On a less serious note, there probably is no way he is in contention to play the Super Bowl. He is simply too young. They like musical acts with some experience.
