Kevin Cowherd of the Baltimore Sun reports that some of the 9129 who attended the Orioles/Rays game Monday at Camden Yards decided to change the chant after the traditional bugle call over the PA system from "CHARGE!" to "CHARGE! LESS FOR BEER!"
This is not good. Baltimorians are getting a little restless, I see.
I blame Mike Gonzalez.
They would pay whatever for beer if the team were winning.
Oh, you might get a few "tastes great, less filling" chants but that would probably be it. Much less threatening and ominous if you ask me.
Halt this slide or you are going to see a beer riot of 5000 people or so. Mark my words.
