Ok, first of all, what is Weather Day? Every day has weather, dontcha know? Why are kids off school?
And second, and not to be a party-pooper but why is "Weather Day" being commemorated at a major league ballpark?
And another thing.........well I don't know but this is messed up.
Makes you want to home-school.
