They should taze the Phanatic. I'm just sayin'...
Well I heard that the Philadelphia Police will not be going on the field any more to retrieve "fans" except in extreme situations so maybe the Phanatic should be the designated "taser". Then again he might run into the same problem that the cop had in the first incident; a serious lack of mobility.
