


The AP story on the Twins/Royals game has this quote from J.J. Hardy of the Twins regarding his relationship with manager Ned Yost when they were with the Brewers.
"I never could figure him out-if he liked me, if he hated me. Now looking back at it-I liked him."
You know kind of like Jimmy Carter.
It took 30 years to decide that we kind of liked him.
*It got to #12 on the Billboard charts in 1988.

I preferred Bad Seamstress Blues myself but that doesn't fit with this post.
We are having some nice metal conversations on both of our sites (though Cinderella does a Stretch Armstrong thing on the definition of metal I know).
I liked your long post on the NHL but frankly couldn't think of anything to say other than "I agree" which I thought might be a waste of bandwith.
That's ok. I have gotten 3 or 4 emails from readers saying the same thing but they didn't post either.
