"Why would I come back to that negativity? I'm looking forward to playing for a manager who knows how to run a bullpen." - On leaving the White Sox and signing with the Red Sox
Why do so many players get into verbal feuds with the White Sox upon departure? There has to be something wrong with the Sox. It can't always be the player?
I think Ozzie (and his kids) have a lot to do with it.
I saw Ozzie bad-mouthed Magglio Ordonez out of town years ago and I don't think Magglio ever responded. Having followed Magglio now for several years with the Tigers, I can't imagine a more soft-spoken and nicer guy. I think it just something Ozzie does.

Entertaining anyway.
Oh, yeah, there's no negativity in Boston ...
Good point!
Talk about bad-mouthing players out of town.
