The New York Post reports that A-Rod is playing both sides when it comes to endorsing coconut water.
Yesterday, he announced that he would be endorsing Vita Coco water. "My trainer suggested I try Vita Coco because of all the electrolytes and potassium. Now I drink it every day."
The only problem is that he has been part-owner of Vita Coco's competitor, Zico for more than two years.
Not surprising. Well, to me anyway. It's that "needs to be liked" thing.
I mean I hear he is rooting for both the Mavs and the Heat tonight.
And that he reads both Marvel and DC comics, while alternately taking a sip of Pepsi and then Coke!
You know, I think Congress should just declare a "We love A-Rod!" holiday so maybe he wouldn't have to do all this stuff.
