I wonder if these Yankee and Red Sox fans who are viciously attacking each other on ESPN's Game Chat...

.... know that these players frequently socialize and like, you know have dinner with each other and stuff. They don't even hide it like professional wrestlers.

They are probably more apt to share a cab than attack each other on the street.

Just sayin'.

Good point, CC -

I'm a die-hard Yankees fan and have no love for the Sox but there's a reality behind all of it. Hats off to Ortiz & company for shelacking Burnett. You reap what you sew when you don't play aggressive (send runner home on pass ball) and leave the bags full.

I'd rather have the Sox take 1st in June, though! We'll be back. Go Yankees!

(P.S. spelling of "sew" looks odd to me)

Ryan,

Yes, Gardner failing to advance on that wild pitch was quite hard to understand. It also would have kept the Yankees out of Jeter's double play and extended that inning.

They said he never saw the ball get by the catcher.

I guess.

Anyway, it looked very strange.

(In that context, I think it is "sow")

Ryan, thanks for taking the high road.

As Kevin said, the word is "sow".

As in: "A-Rod likes to sow his wild oats."

I'm just a bit of a Yankee hater. Darn, they've got some good players though.
