I generally get what he is trying to say, but that is a Deepak Chopra style word salad.
I generally believe a large vocabulary is a good thing because if the words are available, why not use them. That said, you have to be careful that your audience can understand you.
Sounds more like he went back to his bong.
They don't test for that to my knowledge you know.
