Braun got off on a technicality. I don't believe he's any less guilty today than he was yesterday.
Probably not. That said, evaluating chain of custody issues on drug samples is a very peripheral part of my own job and it is very hard to understand how something like that can happen in a professional context.
Oh shoot. I see that the "probably not" response is somewhat ambiguous. It was meant to agree with you.
The MLB still hasn't tackled the steroids issue.
Get the system sorted out, then in future there is no doubt!
