On this date in 2010, Armando Galarraga of the Tigers throws a one-hitter in a 3-0 win over the Indians. Many believed that Galarraga pitched a perfect game but with two outs in the ninth inning, Jason Donald was called safe on an infield hit by umpire Jim Joyce when replays showed Donald was out.
