Now why would that be?

Charles Odum of AP reports that Derek Lowe's win in the Braves 7-3 victory over the Pirates was his ninth victory in nine career starts against the Pirates.

Odum goes on to note that there seems to be no explanation for Lowe's success against the Pirates.

"I have no idea," said Lowe. "It's completely different guys. It's just like why do you struggle against certain teams."

I know why Lowe is so successful against the Pirates.

I know.

13 year old Computer Boy knows.

It isn't hard to figure out.

It just isn't.

This guy should have his journalism license taken away. Although, it could have been a sarcastic point that was being made. Sarcasm is hard to get across in print media.

As a somewhat sarcastic person myself (well some say), I understand and frankly was thinking the same thing.

Perusing the article though, it appeared to be written "straight". (I know I should post a link but..)

It's like saying the Steelers have beaten the Lions 15 times in a row and nobody quite knows why.

I wonder if they have beaten the Lions 15 times in a row?

I could look it up.

I know this. When Tomlin sees the Lions on the schedule, he has no fear.
