The Buck Showalter streak continues
So the Rangers became the third team to reach the World Series with Buck Showalter's immediate replacement as manager.
The Yankees did it in 1998 in Joe Torre's first season as Showalter's replacement.
The Diamondbacks did it in 2001 in Bob Brenley's first season as Showalter's replacement.
Ok, Orioles!

I never thought of that. But it's so true
I guess he can get them ready but somebody else must get them over the hump.
So we're only a year or two away?
