Carl Everett arrested in Tampa!

Charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and tampering with a witness.

In more "concrete" terms, he allegedly pointed a gun at his wife's head and then broke two cell phones when she tried to call the police.

"God created the sun, the stars, the heavens and the earth, and then made Adam and Eve. The Bible never says anything about dinosaurs. You can't say there were dinosaurs when you never saw them. Someone actually saw Adam and Eve. No one ever saw Tyrannosaurus Rex."

What about the dinosaur bones?

"Made by man."

Can he plead "not guilty" by reason of insanity?

Any competent defense attorney would at least be thinking about it.
