Hey, where are our generation's Creepys?

All we have now are Derek Jeter, David Wright, Ryan Howard etc. Good players and all but very boring names and badly in need of a nickname. Sorry guys, it's true.

How did these guys grow up without getting a nickname? No friends?

Parents, wives, friends or any person who could bestow a nickname on a current professional baseball player, I implore you, get busy!

With Cliff Lee's home run last night....

....both he and Ryan Howard have the same amount of home runs against left-handers this year.

Lee also has more home runs this year (2) than Joe Mauer (don't ask).

I wonder why the Phillies don't consider a position change. I mean he has proven that he can hit with the big boys.

If Ryan Howard could pitch, it would probably be a no-brainer.

For sure, he would have "bad-backed" that weak Brian Wilson stuff right out of the park.

Bill Conlin of the Philadelphia Daily News says that the Phillies should bench slumping Ryan Howard in favor of.......(gulp) Mike Sweeney.
