So Steve Phillips said on New York's WFAN that if he were the Nationals who are nowhere near a playoff team, he would trade Stephen Strasburg for aging Roy Oswalt.

I think Phillips needs a whole different type of therapy now that he is apparently done with the "married man likes young girls" professional treatment.
