Apparently Jeremy Bonderman is still throwing in the 80's and it is questionable when he will be able to join the rotation. The good news is apparently he feels no pain in his arm. That is what they are saying anyway. Assuming he is not ready to start the season, not only are the Tigers still searching for a 5th starter but will now need to find a 4th starter.
The candidates for these two spots are Dontrelle Willis, Nate Roberston, Zach Miner and Rick Porcello who started out nice this spring but has been getting hit lately and has also never pitched above Class A. Though he is not mentioned, the above group is so uninspiring that you might as well throw in Chris Lambert who was expected to start the year in Toledo.
No, really.
