ESPN reports that free agent infielder, Felipe Lopez has fired his agent Scott Boras after being reportedly disgruntled with being without a team less than a week before Spring Training.
The agent just couldn't seem to place Lopez who had a .310 batting average and a .383 OBP last year with a team. What can you do with a guy like that?
Me thinks somebody has a few too many clients and also might be enjoying a few too many octopus dinners with this Johnny Damon guy.
Lopez doesn't give a s#!% about octopus for what it's worth.
He would be cool with a patty melt and a new contract.
