Drunk Driving

Hey, our area just had 4 teenagers killed by a drunk driver who while travelling well above the speed limit lost control of her vehicle and plowed into the kids' car which was just sitting in traffic. To the surprise of no one, the offending driver had a blood alcohol result almost three times above the legal limit of intoxication. The drunk driver survived which really is no surprise. In the crash (can't really call it an accident), the driver of the striking vehicle appears to have been protected by the engine block which was simultaneously used as a weapon.

How many times does this have to happen?
