Matsui: 6, Yankees: 1, Phillies: 1


Of course, by default the Yankees would still win if the game ended now as Matsui is on a team so the Yankees just claim his runs.

Team game, you know.

(Godzilla only has 11 career triples. Forget the cycle, Buck.)

And I thought you were going to post something about the magic home plate that seems to grow when a pitch is thrown, exactly for the split second that the umpire is looking and then when the camera focuses, is returns to normal size.

Or about the sweat stained caps the pitchers are wearing. It is like the miners from the Wieliczka Salt Mine are dumping their output for the day on the pitcher's heads.

But I like the Matsui thing, too.

I try and post things a little off-kilter just to keep things interesting and this is my personality anyway. You know, hit things at the angles as opposed to head-on. That said, you are miles and miles ahead of me with this skill. I am kindergarten student compared to your phd.

Still working on it though.
